Privacy Policy

Magic Hampton Consulting respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry form, you share information such as your name, email address, title or role, organization, phone number, funding source, the type of help you need, a description of your situation, key deadlines, and a budget range. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you choose to include in your message.

Please do not include personal information about children, families, or staff in your inquiry. A general description of your situation is all I need to begin.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to provide basic visitor statistics, such as pages viewed and general location. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How your information is used

I use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, prepare proposals, and carry out any work we agree to. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored by Squarespace and delivered to my business email. I share information only with the service providers that make this website and my email work, or when required by law. I keep inquiry information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with me at any time by writing to hello@magichampton.com.

Changes and questions

I may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top of this page will show when it last changed. If you have questions about your privacy, please write to hello@magichampton.com.
